If you do not take care of your customers, your competitors will win and the competition will hurt your business.
It’s important to understand the difference between customer-centricity and customer experience, you should also start finding out about “what does salesforce do” so that you understand all the benefits they offer. If you have a customer-centric culture, you’ll see that each and every contact has a special place in your eyes. You’ll listen to them, acknowledge them, listen to what they have to say, and provide the best service possible. The more information you can give your customers, the more happy you’ll be with your business. And it makes you smarter as well.
Customer expectations are constant
This one was so obvious to me, I just thought it needed to be pointed out. What you should remember about customer expectations is this: If you feel they’re not being met, it doesn’t mean they don’t have any valid complaints. It means that there is something that’s wrong with your process or how you are being run. That’s when you need to listen. If you don’t take that to heart, then you might not be able to find a solution until they’re ready. 8. They expect you to give them something They want you to deliver something. When I first started this business, I realized that I didn’t feel like I was giving them anything. So I started listening. That’s when I realized that customers are actually being more honest with you because you’re being honest with them. It’s not always about the money, but more about the way that they’re treating you. 9. They expect you to always be at the ready They don’t stop asking. Whether they’re asking you to do a task or something you’re passionate about, they’re always asking you to do it. You have to be able to answer those questions in a way that they can understand. 10. They don’t take it personally They’re not angry or upset when you disappoint them. They accept that you’re working on a project and they understand that you’ve got some downtime because they’ll probably be busy doing other things. You don’t have to be perfect. If you know a little bit of the details, then you can get the details right. You won’t make them angry, but they’ll understand that you’re working on something and you don’t have as much time to dedicate to it. Don’t take this the wrong way, though, they’ve got good reason to want you to be perfect. 11. They’re happy that you have the skills to take on a project Like I said earlier, their feedback is that you’ve got the right skills to do the job, but they’d also like to know that you’ve got the work ethic to keep them happy. This helps them identify that you’re a person they can work with and get along with, and I’m always happy to support that. I might say that they’d rather have someone with the time and the energy to be an extra help than someone with a bad attitude or a low tolerance for stress. That’s not to say that you’re expected to be the person they want, but I think that if you come across as one, the job interviewers will understand that.
