Individual Dog Registration and AWDF Scorebook
Please allow six weeks for processing. To register your dog and receive a scorebook, send the following:
- Completed UDC registration form
- Copy of AKC/CKC registration certificate – front & back (or comparable foreign registration certificate)
- Copy of the dog’s pedigree (3-generation pedigree, if available)
- $40.00 (US) registration fee, per dog. Make PayPal payments to treasurer@uniteddobermanclub.com. Put “dog registration” in the comment box
Proof of title and championships must be provided to be included in the dog’s records. Medical information must be documented by a veterinarian. Hip dysplasia rating must be certified by OFA after the dog reaches the required age of two years.
All registered dogs will be assigned a UDC registration number and members may wish to tie this number to the dog via a tattoo or microchip number. As the dog participates in UDC’s character tests and conformation events, the respective results will be entered in the dog’s file. Dog reports are available to members only, for a nominal fee.
In addition to an official AWDF scorebook (which is acceptable to all AWDF working clubs), you will receive a pedigree that includes all titles (including verifiable international titles), and an official UDC registration certificate. For more information, or for a registration form, please contact Tammy Rush at UDC Registry (registry@uniteddobermanclub.com).
